The invention provides a using method of a deck crane for hoisting corrugated steel web segmental girders, which adopts a main truss, a front fulcrum structure, a walking system, two lifting systems, two lifting appliances and a plurality of telescopic support legs, the front fulcrum structure comprises an adjusting cross beam and cushion blocks arranged below two ends of the adjusting cross beam; the lifting systems are arranged on the main truss, each lifting system comprises a lifting mechanism, a steel strand and a wire coil, the lifting mechanism adopts a cross-core jack, one end of the steel strand is wound on the wire coil, the other end of the steel strand penetrates through the cross-core jack and then is connected with the corresponding lifting appliance, and the two lifting appliances are fixedly connected to a segmental beam to be installed at an interval; by means of the two lifting mechanisms, the to-be-installed segmental beam can be lifted, the transverse angle of the to-be-installed segmental beam can be adjusted, suspended butt-joint installation of the to-be-installed segmental beam and the installed segmental beam is achieved, and movement of the main truss is achieved through the walking system.
本发明提供一种用于波形钢腹板节段梁吊装的桥面吊机的使用方法,采用主桁架、前支点结构、行走系统、两个提升系统、两个吊具以及若干伸缩式支腿,前支点结构包括调整横梁以及设置于调整横梁两端下方的垫块,提升系统设置于主桁架上,每个提升系统包括提升机构、钢绞线以及线盘,提升机构采用穿心式千斤顶,钢绞线的一端缠绕于所述线盘上,钢绞线的另一端穿经穿心式千斤顶后与对应的吊具连接,两个吊具间隔固定连接于待安装的节段梁上,通过两个提升机构能够提升待安装的节段梁以及调整待安装的节段梁的横向角度,实现待安装的节段梁与已安装的节段梁的悬空对接安装,通过行走系统实现主桁架的移动。
