Compared with the prior art, the anti-loosening control system for the steel wire rope of the gantry crane disclosed by the invention comprises a lifting motor mechanism for driving a grab bucket to ascend and descend; the lifting motor driving module is in signal connection with the lifting motor mechanism; the lifting motor driving module is used for controlling starting, stopping and the rotating speed of a lifting motor mechanism; the load detection module is used for detecting the size of a load loaded on the lifting motor; and the quick stop control module is used for receiving the load data transmitted by the load detection module and outputting a quick stop signal to the lifting motor driving module when the load suddenly changes. The anti-loosening control system for the steel wire rope of the gantry crane can avoid the problems that the steel wire rope is excessively loosened and the steel wire rope is wound, so that a pulley is separated from a groove, a winding drum is separated from the groove and the like, the use and maintenance cost of the crane can be obviously saved, and in addition, the invention further provides the gantry crane which also has the above beneficial effects.

    本发明公开的门座起重机钢丝绳防松绳控制系统,相较于现有技术而言,包括:用于带动抓斗进行上升下降的起升电机机构;与起升电机机构信号连接的起升电机驱动模块;起升电机驱动模块用于控制起升电机机构的启停及转动速度;负载检测模块,用于检测加载在起升电机上的负载大小;快速停止控制模块,用于接收负载检测模块传输的负载数据,并在负载突变时,输出快速停止信号至起升电机驱动模块。本发明提供的门座起重机钢丝绳防松绳控制系统可避免钢丝绳过度松弛以及钢丝绳缠绕而引起的滑轮脱槽、卷筒脱槽等问题,能够明显节省起重机的使用维护成本,此外,本发明还提供一种门座起重机,同样具有上述有益效果。
