A winch, a telescopic arm and a lifting arm are connected, a first motor is driven to drive a first speed reducer to enable the winch to rotate, at the moment, a steel cable can be withdrawn, then hoisting of a heavy object can be completed, a second motor is driven to drive a second speed reducer to enable a rotating rod to rotate, and at the moment, a steering seat can be driven to rotate; and therefore, the hoisted heavy object can be moved, and the heavy object is transferred.
