本发明提供一种深海自航自升式海上风电安装船及其设计方法,其中安装船包括:主船体呈流线型设计;升降系统包括桩腿、桩靴、围井及导向结构、抱桩室及抱桩升降设备,四组围井及导向结构分别设置在主船体的四角,每组围井内设置一条桩腿,桩腿上部连接有抱桩室及抱桩升降设备,桩腿底部连接有桩靴;桩腿长度大于等于130m;主吊设备起重能力1600t、起吊高度175m,主吊设备与其中一套升降系统结合,利用围井及导向结构作为起吊设备的支撑结构;除升降设备及艏部居住区占用外,主船体的剩余甲板面采用平面设计,甲板面积大于等于3400m2,甲板按照15t/m2的均布载荷设置加强。本发明能够降低航行阻力,提高航能力;解决作业水深和起重能力不足的问题。
