The invention provides a vehicle battery system fault early warning method and device and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the 24-hour monitoring data of each single cell in a vehicle battery system, and extracting the target charging data of each single cell in the battery system from the 24-hour monitoring data after the vehicle is parked and powered off; for any single cell, circulating for multiple times based on the Thevenin model of the single cell, and according to the target charging data, applying a least square method to obtain the internal resistance of each single cell; clustering the internal resistance of each single cell in the vehicle battery system obtained for multiple times, and obtaining the internal resistance classification result of each single cell and the degree of deviation from the reference resistance value; and determining whether each single cell is abnormal or not according to the internal resistance classification result of each single cell and the deviation degree from the reference resistance value. Through the above mode, the method can achieve the precise positioning of a fault single cell, achieves the recognition and early warning of a cell with the internal resistance abnormally increased, and improves the operation safety of a vehicle.

    本发明提供了一种车辆电池系统故障预警方法、装置及电子设备,方法包括:获取车辆电池系统中各单体电芯的24h监控数据,并从所述24h监控数据中提取车辆停车下电后电池系统中各单体电芯的目标充电数据;对任一单体电芯,循环多次基于单体电芯的戴维南模型根据所述目标充电数据应用最小二乘法获取各单体电芯的内阻;对多次获取的车辆电池系统中各单体电芯的内阻进行聚类,获取各单体电芯的内阻分类结果以及与参考阻值的偏离程度;根据各单体电芯的内阻分类结果以及与参考阻值的偏离程度确定各单体电芯是否异常。通过以上方式,本发明能够对故障单体电芯进行精准定位,实现对内阻异常增大的电芯进行识别并预警,提高车辆运营安全。
