The fault processing method comprises the steps that when at least one of a first battery pack and a second battery pack reports fault information, the first battery pack and the second battery pack report fault information; determining a fault processing strategy based on the fault information reported by the first battery pack and/or the fault information reported by the second battery pack, wherein the fault processing strategy enables the vehicle to keep running continuously through the other battery pack when one of the first battery pack and the second battery pack breaks down; and executing the fault processing strategy. According to the embodiment of the invention, when one of the first battery pack and the second battery pack breaks down, the other battery pack can keep the vehicle running continuously.
