The invention relates to a charging method and device, a storage medium, a program product and a vehicle, and the charging method comprises the steps: obtaining the grounding state of a power supply end socket, obtaining ungrounded charging authority data from a charger under the condition that the grounding state is determined to be grounding abnormity, and transmitting the ungrounded charging authority data to the power supply end socket; the ungrounded charging permission data is used for representing whether the vehicle is allowed to be charged or not under the condition that the power supply end socket is grounded abnormally, and controlling the charger to charge the vehicle according to the ungrounded charging permission data. Therefore, under the condition that the grounding state is determined to be grounding abnormity, the ungrounded charging permission data can be effectively acquired from the charger, whether the charger charges the vehicle in different power grid coverage areas can be flexibly controlled through the ungrounded charging permission data, the vehicle is prevented from being charged in the power grid coverage areas where charging is not allowed, and the charging efficiency is improved. And hidden dangers in the vehicle charging process are eliminated, so that the safety performance of vehicle charging is improved.

    本公开涉及一种充电方法、设备、存储介质、程序产品及车辆,该充电方法通过获取所述供电端插座的接地状态,在确定所述接地状态为接地异常的情况下,从所述充电机中获取未接地充电权限数据,所述未接地充电权限数据用于表征供电端插座接地异常的情况下,是否允许对车辆充电,根据所述未接地充电权限数据,控制所述充电机向车辆充电。这样,能够通过在确定接地状态为接地异常的情况下,有效地从充电机中获取未接地充电权限数据,通过未接地充电权限数据,能够灵活地控制充电机在不同电网覆盖区域是否向车辆充电,避免车辆在不允许充电的电网覆盖区域充电,消除车辆充电过程中的隐患,从而提高了车辆充电的安全性能。
