The invention discloses a discharging power control method and system of a power battery and a vehicle. The discharging power control method comprises the steps that the lowest monomer temperature Tmin, the lowest monomer voltage Umin and the SOC value of the current power battery are obtained; if Tmin is not in the preset working temperature interval, the discharge power of the power battery is made to be 0; if the Tmin is in the preset working temperature interval and under-voltage is triggered, executing an under-voltage power limiting strategy; and if the Tmin is in the preset working temperature interval and the undervoltage is not triggered, enabling the discharge power of the power battery to be P. Wherein P represents the discharge power obtained by inquiring a preset discharge power table according to the lowest monomer temperature Tmin and the SOC value of the current power battery, and the preset discharge power table is a corresponding relation table of the temperature, the SOC value and the discharge power of the power battery obtained through calibration. By adopting the method, the problem of power interruption of the vehicle under the conditions of low temperature and low SOC can be effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池的放电功率控制方法、系统及车辆,其包括:获取当前动力电池的最低单体温度Tmin、最低单体电压Umin和SOC值;若Tmin未在预设的工作温度区间内,则使动力电池的放电功率为0;若Tmin在预设的工作温度区间内,且触发欠压,则执行欠压限功率策略;若Tmin在预设的工作温度区间内,且未触发欠压,则使动力电池的放电功率为P。其中,P表示根据当前动力电池的最低单体温度Tmin、SOC值查询预设的放电功率表得到的放电功率,预设的放电功率表为通过标定获得的一张动力电池的温度、SOC值与放电功率的对应关系表。采用本发明能有效优化车辆在低温、低SOC情况下的车辆动力中断问题。
