The invention relates to a method for indirectly identifying track irregularity based on acceleration response of a commercial running train, and belongs to the field of railway track state monitoring. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a VBI system model, and constructing a BiLSTM-AM model; inputting different types of track irregularities into the VBI system model as excitation to obtain train acceleration response; training the BiLSTM-AM model by taking the train acceleration response as the input of the model and the corresponding track irregularity as the output of the model; and inputting acceleration data acquired by an acceleration sensor of a commercial running train into the BiLSTM-AM model, and predicting the irregularity of a train running track. The method has excellent performance in both the spatial domain and the frequency domain, can predict different types of track irregularity, and does not need a professional test train and a large number of sensors.

    本发明涉及一种基于商业运行列车加速度响应间接识别轨道不平顺的方法,属于铁路轨道状态监测领域。该方法包括:构建VBI系统模型,构建BiLSTM‑AM模型;将不同类型的轨道不平顺作为激励输入VBI系统模型中,得到列车加速度响应;以列车加速度响应为模型的输入,以对应的轨道不平顺为模型的输出,对BiLSTM‑AM模型进行训练;将商业运行列车加速度传感器采集的加速度数据输入BiLSTM‑AM模型中,预测列车运行轨道的不平顺度。本发明在空间域和频域均具有优异的性能,可预测不同类型的轨道不平顺性,且无需专业测试列车和大量传感器。
