The invention relates to a modularized frame arrangement structure of a new energy small truck, a cab is arranged at the upper end of a frame assembly through a front suspension and a rear suspension, the frame assembly comprises a left longitudinal beam, a right longitudinal beam and a cross beam, the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam are connected through the cross beam, and an integrated support I and an integrated support II are arranged below the cab; the first integrated support is provided with an integrated controller and a storage battery, the second integrated support is provided with a vacuum boosting system, a radiator, an ABS controller and an air conditioner compressor, and the vacuum boosting system is connected with an electric rear drive axle and a front steering shaft through brake oil pipes. The power battery is arranged in the middle of the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam and located between the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam, and the overall ground clearance is increased, so that the collision safety of the power battery is improved, and the risk of bottom damage under poor road conditions is effectively reduced; and the driving motor and the electric rear drive axle are integrally arranged, so that the arrangement space is saved, and the original transmission system space is released to accommodate battery packs with different capacities and specifications.

    本发明涉及一种新能源小卡模块化车架布置结构,驾驶室通过前悬置及后悬置设于车架总成上端,车架总成包括左纵梁、右纵梁、横梁,左纵梁及右纵梁通过横梁连接,驾驶室下方设有集成支架一及集成支架二,集成支架一设有集成控制器及蓄电池,集成支架二设有真空助力系统、散热器、ABS控制器及空调压缩机,真空助力系统通过制动油管分别与电后驱动桥、前转向轴连接;动力电池布置于左纵梁及右纵梁中部,且位于左纵梁及右纵梁之间,整体离地间隙增高,使得动力电池碰撞安全性提高,在较差路况下底部损伤风险有效降低;驱动电机与电后驱动桥集成化布置,节省布置空间,使得原传动系统空间得到释放以容纳不同容量及规格的电池包需求。
