The invention discloses a device and method for locking by means of the gravity of a fin plate, the device comprises a trunk and the fin plate arranged in the trunk, a plurality of gravity locking devices are arranged on the fin plate, each gravity locking device comprises a hydraulic telescopic rod ball, and each hydraulic telescopic rod ball comprises a second hydraulic cylinder and a hinge ball; a plurality of groups of locking seats are fixed in the trunk, the number of each group of locking seats corresponds to that of the gravity locking devices, each locking seat comprises a ball seat, and a large cambered surface and a small cambered surface which are communicated with each other are formed in each ball seat; the fin vertically slides in the trunk, and the multiple hinge balls of the multiple gravity locking devices can be inserted into the small arc faces of the locking bases in a one-to-one correspondence mode to achieve locking. The problem that a locking structure of a fin device on a ship is complex in design can be solved.

    一种依靠鳍板自身重力锁紧的装置及方法,包括围井和设置于围井内的鳍板,鳍板上设置有多个重力锁紧装置,重力锁紧装置包括液压伸缩杆球,液压伸缩杆球包括第二液压缸和铰接球;围井内固定有多组锁紧座,每组锁紧座的个数与重力锁紧装置的数量对应,锁紧座包括球座,球座内形成有连通的大弧面和小弧面;鳍板在围井内竖向滑移,且多个重力锁紧装置的多个铰接球能够一一对应插接至锁紧座的小弧面内实现锁紧。本申请能够解决船舶上鳍板装置锁紧结构设计复杂的问题。
