The ultralow-temperature discharge pipeline is connected with the cabin penetration compound plate and the butt welding elbows in a welded mode, leakage of liquid or boil-off gas of the liquid cargo tank is effectively avoided, danger is avoided, the 1.5-time-length butt welding elbows are more beneficial to smooth discharge of ultralow-temperature discharge objects, the problem that maintenance is inconvenient is effectively solved, and the service life of the ultralow-temperature discharge pipeline is prolonged. Meanwhile, the installation of the tightness test device at the end part is more convenient. And the problem of liquid accumulation in the pipeline is solved, later maintenance is facilitated, and the design quality is improved.

    一种LNG船次绝缘层污水排放管道安装方法,在通舱件处采用超低温泄放管道的嵌入式对接焊型式,仅在污水井外边进行单面焊接作业,进行全焊透,双面成型,无需人员进入污水井内部进行焊接作业。并且对接焊复板在预制管阶段与保护管钉焊,有利于后期因制作、施工等累计误差的调整,解决安装的精准度不高的问题。超低温泄放管道通过焊接连接通舱复板以及对焊弯头形式,有效的避免液货舱液体或蒸发气体渗漏,避免造成危险,1.5倍长对焊弯头,更有利于超低温泄放物体排放通畅,有效的解决了维护和保养不方便的问题,同时在端部安装密性试验装置也更为方便了。此发明还解决了管道内积液问题,更有利于后期维护和保养,提高了设计质量。
