The invention discloses a hidden single-oil-cylinder double-hoisting-point synchronous hoisting mechanism which comprises a portal frame, through grooves are formed in the two sides of a cross beam of the portal frame, double fixed pulleys are installed in one through groove, a single fixed pulley is installed in the other through groove, and a hoisting oil cylinder is arranged in one stand column of the portal frame; the telescopic end of the lifting oil cylinder is connected with a first steel wire rope and a second steel wire rope, the ends of the first steel wire rope and the second steel wire rope are both connected with lifting hooks, and the first steel wire rope is located on the inner side of the portal frame after bypassing the double fixed pulleys and the single fixed pulley. The beam of the portal frame is further provided with a leveling mechanism abutting against the second steel wire rope and used for adjusting the position of a lifting hook at the end. The lifting device is high in space utilization rate, the effect that two lifting points are completely synchronous can be achieved, a lifted object can be conveniently leveled, it is guaranteed that the two steel wire ropes are evenly stressed, the positions of the two lifting points can be adjusted, the lifting points can be conveniently moved to the lifted object, and manual dragging is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种隐藏式单油缸双吊点同步起升机构,包括龙门架,龙门架的横梁两侧均具有通槽,一个通槽安装有双定滑轮,另外一个通槽安装有单定滑轮,龙门架的一个立柱内部设有起升油缸,起升油缸的伸缩端连接有钢丝绳一和钢丝绳二,钢丝绳一和钢丝绳二端部均连接有吊钩,钢丝绳一绕过双定滑轮后位于龙门架内侧,钢丝绳二绕过双定滑轮、单定滑轮后位于龙门架内侧;龙门架的横梁还设有与钢丝绳二抵触并用于调节其端部吊钩位置的调平机构。本发明空间利用率高,能够达到两吊点完全同步的效果,便于对吊物进行调平,确保两钢丝绳受力均匀,还能对两个吊点进行位置调节,便于将吊点移动至被吊物,减少人力拖拽。
