The invention discloses an aluminum-based ceramic composite coating and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of material surface engineering and remanufacturing. The preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, alumina ceramic particles and titanium powder are subjected to acoustic resonance mixing, and metal-coated ceramic composite powder of a shell-core structure is obtained; secondly, the composite powder is wrapped with an aluminum alloy outer skin, and the aluminum-based ceramic powder core wire is obtained through a drawing process; and thirdly, the powder core wire is sprayed through the high-speed electric arc spraying technology, and the aluminum-based ceramic composite coating is obtained through an arc zone dynamic metallurgy self-propagating exothermic reaction. The aluminum oxide/aluminum composite coating effectively solves the failure technical problems that a traditional arc spraying aluminum oxide/aluminum composite coating is prone to corrosion, abrasion, peeling and the like in a severe service environment, and can be used for manufacturing and operation maintenance of key parts of equipment in the fields of aerospace, water conservancy ocean, national defense science and technology and the like serving under extreme working conditions.

    本发明公开了一种铝基陶瓷复合涂层及其制备方法和应用,属于材料表面工程与再制造技术领域。制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤一,将氧化铝陶瓷颗粒和钛粉进行声共振混合,得到壳核结构的金属包覆陶瓷复合粉末;步骤二,采用铝合金材质外皮包裹上述复合粉末并经拉拔工艺得到铝基陶瓷粉芯丝材;步骤三,利用高速电弧喷涂技术喷涂上述粉芯丝材,经弧区动态冶金自蔓延放热反应,获得铝基陶瓷复合涂层。本发明有效地解决了传统电弧喷涂氧化铝/铝复合涂层在严苛服役环境下易发生腐蚀、磨损和剥落等失效技术难题,可用于极端工况服役的航空航天、水利海洋、国防科技等领域装备关键零部件的制造与运行维护。
