The invention relates to a test flight verification operation method for the anti-fog capability of a windshield of a civil aircraft. The method comprises the following steps: heating all glass in a windshield when an airplane takes off, and adjusting the target temperature of an air conditioner to be the lowest selectable temperature so as to reduce the temperature of air in contact with the inner surface of the glass as much as possible; when the airplane reaches the specified height, the airplane flies flatly, heating of one piece of glass in all the pieces of glass is stopped, and the piece of glass is cooled and soaked until the temperature of the inner surface of the piece of glass is reduced and stabilized at the lowest actual temperature; the aircraft rapidly descends at the maximum descending rate; when the airplane descends to a lower height, the emergency ventilation system is opened to introduce external high-humidity air; whether the cold-soaked glass and the non-cold-soaked glass have the fogging phenomenon or not is verified; heating the cold-soaked glass, and observing whether the windshield has enough demisting capability or not until the fogging phenomenon disappears; the emergency ventilation state of the emergency ventilation system is kept, the aircraft is landed normally, and it is verified that the anti-fog capacity of the windshield is sufficient during descending landing. According to the method, fogging inside the windshield of the airplane can be effectively realized in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and the anti-fogging capability of the windshield can be verified.

    本发明涉及一种民用飞机风挡防雾能力的试飞验证操作方法。该方法包括以下步骤:在飞机起飞时加热风挡中的所有玻璃,调整空调目标温度为最低可选温度以尽量降低玻璃内表面所接触到的空气温度;飞机在达到规定高度时转为平飞,关闭所有玻璃中的一块玻璃的加热并使该块玻璃被冷浸透,直至该块玻璃内表面的温度下降并稳定于最低实际温度;使飞机以最大下降率快速下降;当飞机下降到较低高度时,打开应急通风系统以引入外界高湿度空气;验证被冷浸透的玻璃和未被冷浸透的玻璃是否均产生结雾现象;加热被冷浸透的玻璃,观察风挡是否有足够的除雾能力,直至结雾现象消失;保持应急通风系统的应急通风状态,使飞机正常着陆,验证下降着陆期间风挡的防雾能力足够。该方法能够在高温高湿环境下有效地实现飞机风挡内部结雾并且验证风挡的防雾能力。
