The invention relates to a charging station load prediction method and system based on a hybrid expert model, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining historical charging load data, and constructing a historical charging load data set; the constructed hybrid expert prediction model comprises a time sequence attention layer, a hybrid expert layer, a time enhancement attention layer, a feedforward neural layer, a memory query layer and an expert routing layer; spatial modeling is carried out based on the hybrid expert layer, and a first expert model represents a spatial relationship by using a unit matrix; the second expert model uses a learnable adjacency matrix to represent a spatial relationship; the third expert model reflects a spatial relationship by using a multi-head attention mechanism; iterative training is carried out, evaluation is carried out, and a trained hybrid expert prediction model is obtained; and inputting the charging load data into the trained hybrid expert prediction model, and obtaining a prediction value corresponding to the charging load data in the to-be-predicted period, thereby enhancing the effect of time information, and more accurately capturing the influence of time dynamic change on the load.
本发明为一种基于混合专家模型的充电站负荷预测方法与系统,获取历史充电负荷数据,构建历史充电负荷数据集;构建混合专家预测模型包括时序注意力层、混合专家层、时间增强注意力层、前馈神经层、记忆查询层和专家路由层;基于混合专家层进行空间建模,专家模型一利用单位矩阵表示空间关系;专家模型二利用可学习邻接矩阵表示空间关系;专家模型三利用多头注意力机制反映空间关系;进行迭代训练,并进行评估,获得训练完成的混合专家预测模型;将所述充电负荷数据输入训练完成的混合专家预测模型,获得待预测时段内的充电负荷数据对应预测值,本发明强化了时间信息的作用,能够更精准地捕捉时间动态变化对负荷的影响。
