The invention relates to a charging pile load prediction method and system based on a multi-head attention mechanism, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting load related data of a charging station, and carrying out the preprocessing of the load related data; extracting load features, spatial features and time features of the load-related data, and fusing the load features, the spatial features and the time features to obtain load-related features; constructing an attention extraction model according to an attention mechanism, and inputting the load-related features into the attention extraction model to extract spatial context cross attention, temporal context cross attention, temporal self-attention and spatial self-attention; spatial self-attention is input into a full-connection layer for mapping to obtain a charging pile load prediction result, and a multi-head cross attention mechanism is introduced, so that the problem of complexity of space-time dependent modeling is solved.

    本发明涉及一种基于多头注意力机制的充电桩负荷预测方法及系统,该方法包括以下步骤:采集充电站的负荷相关数据,并对负荷相关数据进行预处理;提取负荷相关数据的负荷特征、空间特征以及时间特征,并将负荷特征、空间特征以及时间特征进行融合得到负荷相关特征;根据注意力机制构建注意力提取模型,将负荷相关特征输入注意力提取模型进行空间上下文交叉注意力、时间上下文交叉注意力、时间自注意力以及空间自注意力的提取;将空间自注意力输入全连接层映射得到充电桩负荷预测结果,本发明通过引入多头交叉注意力机制,解决了时空依赖建模的复杂性问题。
