The invention provides a broadband wave-absorbing OSR secondary surface mirror and a preparation method thereof. The broadband wave-absorbing OSR secondary surface mirror comprises a protective layer, a reflecting layer, a base material and a resonance unit layer which are stacked, the reflection layer is a metal silver plating layer with reflection capability in visible light and near-infrared bands, the protection layer is a chromium-plated alloy plating layer, the resonance unit layer is an ITO hollow pattern, broadband wave absorption is realized through impedance matching and multimode resonance, and the resonance unit layer has light transmission capability in the visible light band. The wave-absorbing material is simple and reasonable in structure, light in additional weight and high in implementability, can be flexibly applied to the surface of a satellite structure, has a wide-frequency-band wave-absorbing function on the basis of not influencing the thermal control performance, and can effectively reduce the radar cross section of the satellite surface.

    本发明提供了一种宽频段吸波的OSR二次表面镜及其制备方法,包括堆叠设置的保护层、反射层、基材以及谐振单元层;所述反射层为在可见光及近红外波段具有反射能力的金属银镀层,所述保护层为镀铬合金镀层,所述谐振单元层为ITO镂空图案,通过阻抗匹配和多模谐振实现宽频段吸波,所述谐振单元层在可见光波段具有光透过能力。本发明结构简单合理,附加重量小,可实施性强,可以灵活应用于卫星结构表面,在不影响热控性能的基础上,具有宽频段吸波功能,可有效缩减卫星表面雷达散射截面。
