A multi-phase Hall signal rotating speed calculation optimization method comprehensively considers Hall device defects, signal burrs and abnormal conditions of a signal acquisition and processing circuit, and adopts a method of longitudinally and independently comparing and screening out outliers of a single Hall signal and transversely and mutually comparing and screening out constant values of multi-phase Hall signals to obtain a real rotating speed for closed-loop control. The optimal rotating speed can be effectively selected from the multi-phase Hall signals, the actual rotating speed of the motor is accurately calculated when the Hall signals break down, and the correctness of closed-loop control of the rotating speed is guaranteed.
