The present invention relates to a pipe vibration damping structure that effectively controls circumferential vibration generated in a pipe in which an ultra-high-speed traveling body moves. A tube vibration damping structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a tube for the movement of a traveling body, the tube having a low pressure formed therein; an outer ring provided on the outside of the tube; and one or more damping members disposed between the outer ring and the tube.
