According to the method, the influence of energy consumption on the driving mileage of the electric vehicle is considered, and the influence of available energy on the driving mileage is also considered, so that the prediction precision of the driving mileage of the electric vehicle is improved; the electric vehicle driving range prediction problem is converted into the electric vehicle energy consumption rate and actual energy coefficient prediction problem by adopting the hierarchical prediction model, so that the flexibility and expandability of the model are improved, the development time and cost are reduced, and the accuracy of electric vehicle driving range prediction is greatly improved. In addition, through a model cooperatively driven by data and a mechanism, the limitation of a physical model is overcome, the interpretability is enhanced, the dependence on large-scale data is reduced, the problem of model overfitting is effectively avoided, the trust degree of a user is enhanced, and popularization of the electric vehicle is facilitated.

    本发明适用于电动汽车技术领域,提供了一种知识数据协同驱动的电动汽车续驶里程分层预测方法。本发明不仅考虑了能耗对电动汽车续驶里程的影响,还考虑了可用能量对续驶里程的影响,从而提高了电动汽车续驶里程的预测精度;采用分层预测模型将电动汽车续驶里程预测问题转化为电动汽车能耗率与实际能量系数预测问题,提高了模型的灵活性和可扩展性,减少了开发时间和成本,大大提高了电动汽车续驶里程预测的准确性。此外,通过数据和机理协同驱动的模型,既克服了物理模型的局限性,又增强了可解释性,降低了对大规模数据的依赖,有效避免了模型过拟合的问题,增强了用户的信任程度,有利于电动汽车的推广。
