The pantograph seat is arranged on the base in a lifting manner and is used for mounting a pantograph; the connecting rod structure is used for connecting the base and the pantograph seat; the damping adjustable telescopic structure is arranged in the connecting rod structure and used for buffering when the connecting rod structure stretches or folds, the damping adjustable telescopic structure is filled with magnetic fluid, the magnetic fluid is magnetically connected with an elastic electromagnetic part, and the elastic electromagnetic part is arranged between the base and the pantograph seat; the driving part is used for driving the connecting rod structure to stretch or fold, and the driving part is arranged on the base. The device generates a magnetic field through the elastic electromagnetic part, and the magnetofluid changes the viscosity under the action of the magnetic field so as to realize resistance change.
