The photovoltaic high-voltage charging system comprises a power battery system, a high-voltage power distribution unit and a photovoltaic control device. The power battery system comprises a power battery, the power battery system is connected with the high-voltage power distribution unit through a first connecting end and a second connecting end, the photovoltaic control device comprises a boosting module connected with a photovoltaic panel, and a fifth connecting end and a sixth connecting end of the boosting module are connected with the first connecting end and the second connecting end through a photovoltaic contactor. The photovoltaic control device can send a charging request signal to the power battery system under the condition that a photovoltaic charging condition is met, and if a photovoltaic charging permission instruction fed back by the power battery system based on the charging request signal is received, a photovoltaic contactor is closed to carry out photovoltaic charging on the power battery system; in the photovoltaic charging process, if the photovoltaic charging condition is not met, the photovoltaic contactor is switched off, and therefore the effective controllability of photovoltaic high-voltage charging of the vehicle can be improved.
