The battery management system is controlled to recover to the state before resetting by judging that the universal signal, the wake-up signal and the request instruction of the vehicle control unit meet the rapid recovery condition, charging is continued or power is maintained, and interruption of an external power supply and a power supply line caused by relay disconnection due to initialization is avoided.
