The invention provides a battery heating control method and device, equipment, a storage medium and a program product, and relates to the technical field of battery heating. The method comprises the steps that when the vehicle meets the pulse heating condition, the saturation current of a motor for adjusting the battery temperature is determined based on the maximum negative electrode potential of a battery cell in a battery; determining the maximum pulse heating current of the motor based on the maximum current and the saturation current borne by the bus of the motor; and performing pulse heating on the battery based on the maximum pulse heating current. By considering the influence of the cathode potential, the cathode potential of the battery cell is kept in a safe range in the pulse heating process, and the risk of lithium precipitation of the battery cell is effectively reduced, so that the safety of the battery is improved, and the service life of the battery is prolonged; besides, the saturation current of the motor is determined based on the maximum cathode potential, and the maximum pulse heating current of the motor is further determined, so that the heating rate of the battery can be maximized on the premise of ensuring the safety of the battery, and the performance of the battery in a low-temperature environment is improved.

    本申请提供一种电池加热控制方法、装置、设备、存储介质及程序产品,涉及电池加热技术领域。该方法包括:在车辆满足脉冲加热条件时,基于电池中电芯的最大负极电位,确定调节电池温度的电机的饱和电流;并基于电机的母线承受最大电流和饱和电流,确定电机的最大脉冲加热电流;基于最大脉冲加热电流,对电池进行脉冲加热。本申请通过考虑负极电位的影响,确保在脉冲加热过程中电芯负极电位保持在安全范围内,有效降低电芯析锂的风险,从而提升电池的安全性和使用寿命;另外,通过基于最大负极电位确定电机的饱和电流,并进一步确定电机的最大脉冲加热电流,可以在确保电池安全的前提下,最大化电池的加热速率,从而提升电池在低温环境下的性能。
