The environment illumination information is determined through the scene image of the scene where the vehicle is located, then the rearview mirror is controlled to start the anti-dazzling function under the condition that the environment illumination information meets the first condition, the situation that the rearview mirror anti-dazzling function is easily triggered by mistake when the vehicle enters special scenes such as a tunnel is avoided, and the starting accuracy of the rearview mirror anti-dazzling function is improved.
