The invention relates to a demisting method and device, a storage medium, a controller, a vehicle and a product. The demisting method comprises the following steps: acquiring various environmental data of the vehicle; determining a demisting mode of the vehicle according to the various environmental data; and the vehicle is controlled to execute demisting operation corresponding to the demisting mode, automatic demisting is achieved, and the demisting effect and safety are improved.
