The invention relates to a steering torque determination method, device and system, a storage medium and a vehicle. The steering torque determination method comprises the steps that steering motion data and driving force of a vehicle in the steering process are obtained; determining the frictional resistance of the vehicle according to the steering motion data and the driving force; and determining the steering torque of the vehicle according to the frictional resistance. According to the method, the real-time resistance can be obtained according to the road surface condition, the steering torque is automatically adjusted, and the driving comfort and safety of a user are ensured.
