The invention provides a design method of an SPMT module vehicle. The design method comprises the steps that S1, information of a ship block is acquired; s2, vehicle pre-allocation is carried out according to the ship information, and whether the number of axes of an SPMT module vehicle meets the requirement or not is determined; s3, whether the SPMT module vehicle needs to be provided with a reinforcing structure or not is determined; s4, the shearing force and the bending moment of each pressure-bearing wood are obtained; and the shearing force and the bending moment of each pressure-bearing wood are compared with the allowable shearing force and the allowable hogging moment of the vehicle plate of the SPMT module vehicle, and the pressure-bearing wood is adjusted according to the comparison result. The position of the ship block on the SPMT module vehicle and the position of the pressure bearing wood can be adjusted, deformation, caused by axle load, shearing force and bending moment, of a certain position of the vehicle plate can be effectively reduced, the stability and safety of the SPMT module vehicle for transporting the huge block are improved, the shortage of site resources is indirectly relieved, and the hoisting risk is reduced.

    本申请提供一种SPMT模块车的设计方法,包括:S1、获取船舶总段的信息;S2、根据船舶信息进行预配车,并确定SPMT模块车轴线数是否满足要求;S3、确定SPMT模块车是否需要设置加强结构;S4、获取每个承压木的剪力和弯矩;将每个承压木的剪力和弯矩与SPMT模块车的车板许用剪力和许用负弯矩进行比对,根据比对结果对承压木进行调整。本申请可以对船舶总段在SPMT模块车上的位置以及承压木的位置进行调整,可有效的减小车板某处因轴载、剪力和弯矩引起的变形,提高了SPMT模块车运输巨型总段的稳定性和安全性,间接的缓解场地资源的紧张,降低了吊装风险。
