The invention discloses a method for assembling a steering oar and a ship body. The method comprises the following steps of: hoisting an overwater part in a mounting hole of the ship body from top to bottom; then the trunk of the overwater part of the steering oar is welded to the ship body; then the welding quality and the sealing performance are checked, and the position of the overwater part on the ship body is rechecked; and then the underwater part is hoisted from bottom to top, the rotary pipe of the overwater part is fixedly connected with the lower box body of the underwater part, a vertical shaft in the rotary pipe is in transmission connection with a lower input shaft of the lower box body, and then steering oar assembly is completed on the ship body. Therefore, the ship body opening is prevented from being too large, the size of the well box flange is reduced, integral hoisting is not needed, operation is flexible, and hoisting difficulty is low.
本发明公开了一种全回转舵桨与船体的装配方法,该装配方法先从上向下将水上部分吊装在船体的安装孔中;而后将舵桨水上部分的围井焊接在船体上;而后检查焊接质量和密封性,复核水上部分在船体上的位置;而后从下向上吊装水下部分,使水上部分的回转管和水下部分的下箱体固定连接,使回转管内的立轴和下箱体的下输入轴传动连接,进而在船体上完成舵桨组装。这样避免了船体开口过大,也减小井箱法兰尺寸,并且无须整体吊装,操作灵活,吊装难度低。
