The invention provides a lifting structure, a lifting method and a heading machine lifting receiving method, and relates to the technical field of lifting machineries, the lifting structure comprises a lifting hook, a force regulator and a lifting rope, the force regulator is provided with at least one fixed beam, guide devices are arranged at the two ends of the fixed beam respectively, and each guide device comprises a pulley, a force sensor and a displacement assembly; the force sensor is installed on the pulley, the pulley is driven by the displacement assembly to reciprocate in the length direction of the fixed beam, the middle of the lifting rope is hung on the lifting hook, the two ends of the lifting rope penetrate through the pulley at the two ends of the fixed beam and then are connected with a heavy object to be lifted, and the force sensor measures force borne by the pulley in real time. The displacement assembly adjusts the position of the pulley in real time according to measurement data of the force sensor. According to the invention, the distribution of the force on the lifting rope can be effectively improved and adjusted in real time, and the large-volume heading machine can be lifted in a limited space.

    本发明提出一种吊运结构、吊运方法及掘进机吊装接收方法,涉及吊运机械技术领域,该吊运结构包括吊钩、力调节器和吊绳,力调节器具有至少一根固定梁,固定梁的两端分别设置有导向装置,导向装置包括滑轮、力传感器和位移组件,力传感器安装在滑轮上,滑轮在位移组件的驱动下沿固定梁的长度方向往复移动,吊绳的中间挂于吊钩,吊绳的两端分别穿过固定梁两端的滑轮后与待吊运的重物连接,力传感器实时测量滑轮受的力,位移组件实时根据力传感器的测量数据调节滑轮的位置。本发明能够有效实时改善调整吊绳上力的分布,在有限空间内吊起大体积的掘进机。
