The emergency falling control system comprises a manual pump, a pressure gauge and a two-position two-way manual reversing valve which are arranged on the side face of a rotary table, and the manual pump is connected with a second oil pipe, a third oil pipe, a fourth oil pipe and a fifth oil pipe and further connected with a second balance valve connected with a two-arm telescopic cylinder. The third balance valve is connected with the two-arm variable-amplitude cylinder, the fourth balance valve is connected with the one-arm telescopic cylinder, a rotary brake is arranged in the rotary table, the rotary brake is connected with a shuttle valve through a sixth oil pipe, the rotary brake is connected with a rotary motor, and a rotary cushion valve is arranged between the rotary motor and the shuttle valve. According to the emergency falling control system of the large-height overhead working truck, the manual pump is connected into the control oil way, and due to the fact that the control oil way only transmits pressure and does not transmit flow, labor is saved during operation.

    本发明公开了一种大高度高空作业车的应急下落控制系统,包括:设置在转台侧面的手动泵、压力表和两位两通手动换向阀,所述手动泵连接有第二油管、第三油管、第四油管和第五油管,与二臂伸缩缸连接的第二平衡阀,与二臂变幅缸连接的第三平衡阀,与一臂伸缩缸连接的第四平衡阀,转台内设置有回转制动器,所述回转制动器通过第六油管连接有梭阀,所述回转制动器连接有回转马达,所述回转马达与所述梭阀之间设置有回转缓冲阀。本发明的大高度高空作业车的应急下落控制系统,将手动泵接入控制油路,由于控制油路只传递压力,不传递流量,所以操作起来较省力。
