The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft design, and particularly relates to a method and a device for determining the dynamic influence correction of a pitching moment coefficient of a transport plane, which are applied to a lower surface blowing flap dynamic high-lift transport plane. The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining pitching moment coefficient increment generated by streaming lift increment of the jet flap; s2, determining a pitching moment coefficient increment generated by the thrust vector effect; and S3, determining that the dynamic influence correction of the pitching moment coefficient is the sum of the pitching moment coefficient increment generated by the streaming lift increment of the jet flap and the pitching moment coefficient increment generated by the thrust vector effect. According to the method, the dynamic influence correction of the pitching moment coefficient of the take-off and landing configuration of the lower surface blowing flap dynamic high-lift transport plane can be quickly and accurately calculated.
