The invention discloses a ship curved surface segment layout method based on adaptive grids and AABB-GJK collision detection, and provides an efficient and high-precision layout scheme. Comprising the steps of determining a curved surface segment set according to processing information of curved surface segments and a current scheduling plan; the set is sorted according to the earliest processing time, and then the first curved surface segment to be arranged is determined; constructing an adaptive grid to obtain a plurality of unprocessed feasible regions used for placing the curved surface segment in the current processing site, and then determining a target feasible region as an initial layout position of the first curved surface segment to be arranged; on the basis of the initial layout position, whether the curved surface segment collides with other curved surface segments in the processing site in the target feasible region or not is determined by using an AABB-GJK collision detection algorithm, and the angle is adjusted under the collision condition until no collision occurs, so that an adjusted layout position is obtained; and repeating the steps until all the curved surface segments are arranged, and outputting the planned starting time and the layout positions of all the curved surface segments.

    本发明公开了一种基于自适应网格和AABB‑GJK碰撞检测的船舶曲面分段布局方法,提供高效且高精度的布局方案。包括:根据曲面分段的加工信息和当前调度计划确定曲面分段集合;对该集合按最早加工时间的先后顺序排序后确定最先待布置的曲面分段;构建自适应网格以获取当前加工场地中用于放置该曲面分段的多个未被处理过的可行域后,确定目标可行域作为最先待布置曲面分段的初始布局位置;基于初始布局位置,利用AABB‑GJK碰撞检测算法确定该曲面分段在目标可行域内是否与加工场地内其他曲面分段产生碰撞,并在碰撞的情况下调整角度直至不产生碰撞,以获取调整后的布局位置;重复上述步骤,直至所有曲面分段均完成布置,输出所有曲面分段的计划开始时间和布局位置。
