The invention discloses a ship encounter space-time risk assessment method and system considering navigation environment influence, and belongs to the technical field of ship safe driving. The invention aims to solve the problem that the collision avoidance action opportunity of a complex marine environment collision avoidance scene cannot be accurately determined. According to the invention, through a ship environment sensing module and a positioning module, channel environment information of a ship navigation area and position, course and speed information of a ship are obtained; calculating the nearest meeting distance of the intersection of the two ships, the meeting time of the ships sailing from the current position to the nearest intersection of the two ships, the safe meeting distance of the two ships, the absolute safe meeting distance, the latest avoiding distance and the distance capable of taking measures for avoiding; calculating the collision danger degree in the spatial position and the collision danger degree of the two ships in the time dimension; combining the space risk factor and the time risk factor by using a synthesis operator, and calculating the space-time collision risk factor; and evaluating the risk degree of ship collision according to the risk degree. The method is suitable for ship encounter space-time risk assessment.

    考虑航行环境影响的船舶会遇时空危险度评估方法与系统,属于船舶安全驾驶技术领域。本发明是为了解决复杂海上环境避碰场景避碰动作时机无法准确确定的问题。本发明通过船舶环境感知模块和定位模块,获取船舶航行区域的航道环境信息及船舶自身位置、航向和速度信息;计算两船交会的最近会遇距离、船舶从当前位置航行至两船最近交汇点的会遇时间、两船安全会遇距离、绝对安全会遇距离、最晚避让距离和可采取措施避让距离;进而计算空间位置上的碰撞危险程度和两船在时间维度上的碰撞危险程度;利用合成算子将空间危险度和时间危险度结合,解算出时空碰撞危险度;根据所述危险度,对船舶碰撞的危险度进行评估。适用于船舶会遇时空危险度评估。
