The thin film capacitor comprises at least one first capacitor, a busbar structure and at least one capacitor terminal, and the busbar structure is provided with at least one leading-out terminal; each capacitor terminal is electrically connected between one end of the corresponding first capacitor and the corresponding leading-out terminal, and the capacitor terminals are directly connected to the leading-out terminals; by shortening the path length of the electrical connection between the capacitor terminal and the leading-out terminal, the impedance of the filtering loop of the thin film capacitor is reduced, so that the filtering effect of the filtering loop is improved.
