    本发明涉及钢结构施工技术领域,具体涉及一种立体可调钢结构定位拼装支架及其拼装方法,立体可调钢结构定位拼装支架包括基底、侧支撑胎架和下支撑胎架,侧支撑胎架包括调节底座、立柱、横向调节机构、支托、侧卡位板和纵向调节机构,三角管桁架可以根据实际需要,先在地面进行整体预安装,减少了高空作业量,提高施工安全性和施工效率,三角管桁架在组装前,利用各调节机构改变节点高度和宽度,以保证三角管桁架的尺寸和形状符合设计要求,并且可以重复利用,降低了生产成本;微调机构结合丝杆调节机构和楔块调节机构的特性,具有较好的承载力和调节精度,其与纵向调节机构相互配合,实现较高的调节精度,满足生产的尺寸精度需求。
