用于航空机轮的对开式轮毂密封结构及其设计方法,提出的对开式轮毂密封结构形成的密闭容腔,空间相比矩形结构小,并且腔底设计有与密封圈截面半径相同的圆弧密封面,密封腔安装密封圈后,增加了密封圈与密封腔密封面的接触面积,不容易使密封圈脱出。采用本发明的技术方案,当两半式轮毂采用螺栓连接时使用该密封结构可以密封航空机轮轮胎中的高压气体,经试验验证密封气压可由原来的8MPa提升至13MPa,并且对航空机轮轮毂密封设计具有指导意义。
