The steering axle comprises a steering mechanism and a limiting mechanism, the steering mechanism comprises an axle body, steering knuckles connected to the two ends of the axle body and steering oil cylinders used for driving the steering knuckles to rotate, and the limiting mechanism and the steering oil cylinders are connected with a hydraulic control system; the limiting mechanism is used for cutting off oil supply of the steering side of the steering oil cylinder through the hydraulic control system when the steering knuckle steers to the maximum angle relative to the axle body. According to the steering axle, the limiting mechanism is connected and matched with the hydraulic control system of the steering oil cylinder, when the steering axle steers to the maximum angle position, the limiting mechanism acts on the hydraulic control system to cut off oil supply of the steering side of the steering oil cylinder, an oil way of an oil inlet of the steering oil cylinder is cut off, and the steering oil cylinder is prevented from continuously outputting thrust; the fatigue damage of a connecting part is avoided; the service life of the steering oil cylinder is prevented from being shortened due to overlarge lateral force; and the service life of a sealing element is prevented from being shortened due to the fact that the pressure in the steering oil cylinder is continuously increased and frequently held.
本发明公开了一种转向桥及车辆,转向桥包括转向机构和限位机构,转向机构包括桥体、连接于桥体两端的转向节以及用于驱动转向节转动的转向油缸,限位机构、转向油缸分别与液压控制系统连接;限位机构用于在转向节相对桥体转向至最大角度时经液压控制系统断开转向油缸转向侧的供油。本转向桥通过设置限位机构与转向油缸的液压控制系统连接配合,在转向桥转向至最大角度位置时限位机构作用于液压控制系统以断开转向油缸转向侧的供油,切断转向油缸进油口的油路,避免转向油缸持续输出推力,进而避免销轴铰接处的负荷增加,避免连接部位疲劳损坏,避免转向油缸受的侧向力过大降低使用寿命以及避免转向油缸内压力持续升高频繁憋压降低密封件寿命。
