    本发明提供的一种冲压板支架快速组装的上支撑及其组装方法属于连接件技术领域,克服了现有支架上支撑稳定性差的技术缺陷,包括通过螺栓与外接负载相连接的上板,其特征在于:所述的上板下部叠接有下板,所述上板和下板的中间向两端外部隆起形成内部的空腔,所述空腔内设有橡胶体,所述橡胶体的中间设有与外接连接的内芯,所述的橡胶体的外周设有与空腔内壁相连接的外管,所述的螺栓穿过下板与上板铆接在一起,本发明产品通过结构上有针对性的对各方向刚度进行补偿,从而大幅度提高了整个产品的耐疲劳性能;装配操作方便,降低了模具加工的成本;可提高产品的加工效率,可缩短产品的开发周期、降低产品的开发成本,有利于批量化大生产。
