The suspension system comprises a twisted tooth motor assembly, a linear motor assembly and a damper assembly, a linear motor stator is connected to the outer side face of a damper outer cylinder in a sleeving mode, and the inner side face of a twisted tooth meshing ring body is in threaded connection with the outer side face of the damper outer cylinder; an upper plane bearing gasket is arranged at the bottom end of the linear motor rotor, a lower plane bearing gasket is arranged at the top end of the twisted tooth meshing ring body, and a spring is arranged between the upper plane bearing gasket and the lower plane bearing gasket. According to the suspension system, the twisted tooth motor assembly controllably moves on the damper assembly, the height of a vehicle body is successfully, rapidly and stably adjusted, meanwhile, the linear motor assembly capable of being closed in good time is further utilized, energy consumption is greatly reduced, the damper assembly is located at the center axis of the twisted tooth motor assembly and the linear motor assembly, the structure is compact, and cost is low. The device is small in size and suitable for popularization.

    本发明公开了一种可调车身高度的悬架系统,包括绞牙电机组件、直线电机组件和阻尼器组件,直线电机定子套接在阻尼器外筒的外侧面上,绞牙啮合环体的内侧面和阻尼器外筒的外侧面螺纹连接,绞牙电机外筒仅可沿着阻尼器外筒上下运动,直线电机动子的底端设置有上平面轴承垫圈,绞牙啮合环体的顶端设置有下平面轴承垫圈,两者之间设置有弹簧,活塞杆与直线电机上端盖固接,本悬架系统利用了绞牙电机组件可控的在阻尼器组件上运动,成功实现了快速且稳定的调整车身高度,同时还利用了可适时关闭直线电机组件,大大降低了能耗,而阻尼器组件位于绞牙电机组件和直线电机组件的中心轴处,结构设置紧凑,体积小,适合推广应用。
