The invention relates to a charging station external circulation heat dissipation device which comprises a charging station body, and the charging station body comprises a shell and charging station equipment installed in the shell. The outer channel heat dissipation assembly comprises a ventilation heat dissipation pipeline installed outside the shell, the ventilation heat dissipation pipeline is provided with an air inlet port and an air outlet port, an air cooler is installed at the air inlet port of the ventilation heat dissipation pipeline, and an exhaust fan is installed at the air outlet port of the ventilation heat dissipation pipeline; the circulating heat exchange assembly comprises a fin type heat exchanger, a plurality of contact pieces filled with heat-conducting media and a heat-conducting medium circulating part, and the fin type heat exchanger is installed in the ventilation and heat dissipation pipeline and exchanges heat with air flowing in the ventilation and heat dissipation pipeline; and the plurality of contact pieces are communicated with the finned heat exchanger through the circulating liquid passing pipeline part. According to the charging station, the overall heat dissipation efficiency is effectively enhanced, the working temperature of the charging station equipment can be kept within a proper range, and compared with a traditional heat dissipation mode, the heat dissipation speed is remarkably increased.

    本发明涉及充电站外循环散热装置,包括充电站本体,充电站本体包括壳体和安装于壳体内部的充电站设备;外通道散热组件,包括安装于壳体外部的通风散热管道,通风散热管道具有进风端口和出风端口,通风散热管道的进风端口安装有冷风机,通风散热管道的出风端口安装有抽风机;循环热交换组件,包括翅片式热交换器、多个内部注入有导热介质的接触件和导热介质循环部,翅片式热交换器安装在通风散热管道内部,与通风散热管道内流动的空气进行热量交换,多个接触件通过循环通液管道部与翅片式热交换器相连通。通过本申请有效增强了整体散热效率,可使充电站设备的工作温度保持在适宜的范围内,相比传统散热方式,散热速度显著提高。
