The invention relates to an auxiliary braking system and method for a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle during downhill running. The system comprises a vehicle speed sensor, a rotating speed sensor, a tire pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, an angle gauge and a controller. The controller is used for generating a backstepping control signal according to signals acquired by the vehicle speed sensor, the rotating speed sensor, the tire pressure sensor, the temperature sensor and the angle gauge when the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle runs on a downhill road section; the reverse thrust motor is used for outputting a reverse thrust torque under the control of the reverse thrust control signal; the reverse thrusting device is used for generating reverse thrusting force opposite to the running direction of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle under the driving of the reverse thrusting torque, so that the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle runs at a constant speed on a downhill road section according to a preset speed; when the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle goes downhill, the reverse thrust device is used for generating reverse thrust, and the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is reversely pushed through the reverse thrust generated by the reverse thrust device, so that the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle can run at the preset constant speed in the downhill process, and safety accidents caused by too high vehicle speed are prevented.
本发明涉及一种无轨胶轮车在下坡行驶时的辅助制动系统及制动方法,其系统包括:车速传感器、转速传感器、胎压传感器、温度传感器、角度仪以及控制器;控制器用于在无轨胶轮车处于下坡路段行驶时候根据车速传感器、转速传感器、胎压传感器、温度传感器、角度仪采集的信号生成反推控制信号;反推马达用于在反推控制信号的控制下输出反推转矩;反推器用于在反推转矩的驱动下产生与无轨胶轮车行驶方向相反的反推力,以让无轨胶轮车按照预设速度在下坡路段匀速行驶;本发明在无轨胶轮车下坡时利用反推器产生反推力,通过反推器产生的反推力反向推动无轨胶轮车,以让无轨胶轮车在下坡过程中能够保持预设速度匀速行驶,防止车速过快而出现安全事故。
