The invention discloses an underground tracked vehicle anti-deviation system which comprises a vehicle body, a walking mechanism is arranged on the vehicle body and comprises two rows of rotating wheels, tracks are arranged on the two rows of rotating wheels, the underground tracked vehicle anti-deviation system further comprises a power mechanism and a control mechanism, and the power mechanism is used for providing power for the walking mechanism; the power mechanism can independently control the number of rotation turns of each rotating wheel; the control mechanism can detect the number of rotation turns of the rotating wheel, the control mechanism can control output parameters of the power mechanism according to the number of rotation turns of the rotating wheel, the number of rotation turns of the rotating wheel can be adjusted through changes of the output parameters, and the control mechanism is wirelessly connected with a remote control device. According to the anti-deviation system for the underground tracked vehicle, the rotating speed of the left track driving wheel and the rotating speed of the right track driving wheel can be guaranteed to be consistent, the service life of the tracks is effectively prolonged by correcting the vehicle in time, it is guaranteed that the tracked vehicle can safely bear heavier loads, therefore, the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the safety of underground production can be effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种井下履带车辆防跑偏系统,包括车辆本体,车辆本体上设有行走机构,行走机构包括两排转轮,两排转轮上均设有履带,还包括动力机构和控制机构,动力机构用于给行走机构提供动力,动力机构能够单独控制各转轮的转动圈数;控制机构能够检测转轮的转动圈数,控制机构能根据转轮的转动圈数来控制动力机构的输出参数,输出参数的变化能对转轮的转动圈数进行调整,控制机构通过无线电连接遥控装置。本发明的一种井下履带车辆防跑偏系统,能够保证左右履带驱动轮转速一致,通过及时对车辆进行纠偏,有效延长履带的使用寿命,保障履带车辆能够安全地承受更重的载荷,从而提高了工作效率,同时也能有效保障井下生产的安全。
