The ship pipeline centering device comprises a central axis positioning structure used for positioning the central axes of a plurality of pipelines. The central axis positioning structure comprises a supporting frame, a plurality of supporting arc plates, a rotating disc and a plurality of driven rotating assemblies. The supporting frame is provided with a central part and a plurality of extending parts extending outwards along the central part. The supporting arc plates and the extending parts are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each supporting arc plate comprises an arc plate and a connecting shaft, and the connecting shafts are movably arranged in the grooves of the extending parts. The rotating disc is arranged at the mounting part of the central part; a central through hole is formed in the center of the rotating disc; the driven rotation assemblies and the connecting shafts are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, one ends of the driven rotation assemblies are connected with the rotating disc, the other ends of the driven rotation assemblies are connected with the connecting shafts of the supporting arc plates, and under driving of the rotating disc, the driven rotation assemblies drive the connecting shafts to move back and forth in the grooves. The pipeline is centered by using the central axis positioning structure, so that the ship pipeline centering assembly process is simplified, and the precision and efficiency of pipe orifice centering are improved.
本发明的船舶管路对中装置包括用于定位多个管路的中轴线的中轴线定位结构,中轴线定位结构包括支撑架、多个支撑弧板、旋转盘和多个从动回转组件。支撑架具有一中心部以及沿中心部向外延伸的多个延伸部。多个支撑弧板与延伸部一一对应地设置,每个支撑弧板均包括弧板及连接轴,连接轴可移动地设置于延伸部的凹槽中。旋转盘设置于中心部的安装部,旋转盘中心处具有一中心通孔。多个从动回转组件与连接轴一一对应地设置,从动回转组件一端连接旋转盘,另一端连接支撑弧板的连接轴,在旋转盘的带动下,从动回转组件驱动连接轴在凹槽内往返运动。通过使用中轴线定位结构对管路对中,不仅简化了船舶管路对中装配流程,并且提高了管口对中的精度及效率。
