The invention provides a guide pipe of a propeller and a manufacturing method, and belongs to the field of ship propellers. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing an outer ring frame, providing a hub body, providing a plurality of guide vanes, placing the plurality of guide vanes between the outer ring frame and the hub body, and enabling a third positioning structure of each guide vane to be mutually clamped with a corresponding first positioning structure of the guide vane, the fourth positioning structure is clamped with the second positioning structure corresponding to the guide vane, the third assembly hole is coaxial with the first assembly hole corresponding to the guide vane, and the fourth assembly hole is coaxial with the second assembly hole corresponding to the guide vane; and connecting pieces are inserted into the first assembly hole and the third assembly hole which are coaxially arranged, and the second assembly hole and the fourth assembly hole which are coaxially arranged, so that the guide pipe is obtained. The machining precision of the guide pipe can be improved.

    本公开提供了一种推进器的导管以及制作方法,属于船舶推进器领域。所述制作方法包括:提供外环框,提供毂体,提供多个导叶,将所述多个导叶置于所述外环框和所述毂体之间,使每个所述导叶的第三定位结构与所述导叶的对应的第一定位结构相互卡接,第四定位结构与所述导叶对应的第二定位结构相互卡接,第三装配孔与所述导叶对应的第一装配孔同轴,第四装配孔与导叶对应的所述第二装配孔同轴;在同轴布置的所述第一装配孔和所述第三装配孔中,以及同轴布置的所述第二装配孔与所述第四装配孔中均插装连接件,得到所述导管。本公开可以提高导管的加工精度。
