The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle double-opening cabin door mechanism and belongs to the field of unmanned aerial vehicle body structures. The two sets of mechanisms are symmetrically installed on the inner sides of the left double-opening cabin door and the right double-opening cabin door and control opening and closing of the installed side cabin doors. In the mechanism, a rotating shaft assembly is fixed on a framework in a cabin door, a control part is located outside the cabin door, and a rotating pin on the inner side of the rotating shaft assembly is controlled to rotate through the control part; the two bolt assemblies are oppositely and coaxially fixed to the upper end and the lower end of the inner side of the cabin door and used for locking or unlocking the cabin door. The pull rod assembly comprises an upper pull rod assembly and a lower pull rod assembly which are correspondingly connected with the bolts of the bolt assemblies at the upper end and the lower end respectively and used for transmitting rotation of the rotating pins into axial up-and-down movement of the bolts in the bolt assemblies. The diagonal draw bar assembly is an elastic piece and is used for preventing the rotating pin from freely rotating under non-operation. The double-opening cabin door solves the problems that an existing double-opening cabin door is limited in opening and closing life and prone to damage by adopting an opening cover lock structure, and a linear steering engine electric control structure is high in cost and consumes power of an unmanned aerial vehicle.
本发明一种无人机双开舱门机构,属于无人机机体结构领域。机构设有两组,对称安装于左、右双开舱门内侧,控制各自所安装侧舱门的开合。机构中:转动轴组件固定于舱门内的骨架上,其操控部分位于舱门外,通过操控部分控制其内侧转动销旋转;插销组件设有两组,相向且同轴固定于舱门内侧上下两端,用于锁合或开锁舱门;拉杆组件包括上拉杆组件和下拉杆组件,分别对应连接上下两端插销组件的插销,用于将转动销的转动传递为插销组件中插销的轴向上下移动。斜拉杆组件为弹性件,用于防止转动销出现非操作下的自由转动。本发明解决了现有双开舱门采用口盖锁结构开合寿命受限易损坏,采用直线舵机电控结构成本高且消耗无人机功率的问题。
