The invention belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering, and discloses a cross-medium aircraft catapulting device and a catapulting method thereof. A supporting rack of the catapult device is an installation body, a pulley mechanism is fixed to the supporting rack, a medium-crossing aircraft is fixed to the pulley mechanism, a power mechanism pushes the pulley mechanism to drive the medium-crossing aircraft to move and obtain the initial take-off speed, and a buffering mechanism reduces impact of the pulley mechanism to the supporting rack. The adjusting mechanism adjusts the ejection attack angle of the cross-medium aircraft, and the recycling mechanism recycles the supporting rack. The ejection method comprises the steps that the cross-medium aircraft is installed; the ejection attack angle of the cross-medium aircraft is adjusted; arranging a cross-medium aircraft ejection device; launching the cross-medium aircraft; and recovering the ejection device of the cross-medium aircraft. The initial speed range of the cross-medium aircraft obtained by the ejection device and the ejection method thereof is large; the damage to the cross-medium aircraft is small; the structure is compact and the occupied space is small; the method is easy to operate, good in repeatability and high in repeated ejection efficiency, and has engineering practical value.
