The stroke of the first sliding block in the contraction process can be effectively adjusted through a baffle adjusted through a lead screw, the device can also be used for assisting stretching of the fork shear mechanism, and the working conditions of flat ground walking, climbing and in-situ steering can be achieved by driving a wheel mechanism in the device.
