According to the device, the outer wall and the inner wall of the tower drum are simultaneously clamped, so that the hoisting safety, the hoisting stability and the working efficiency are improved, the problem of difficulty in mounting caused by unstable gravity of a steel wire rope is avoided, and the working time is saved.
